Providers agree to integrate current, evidence-based research into their care and commit to ongoing professional development to maintain clinical competency.

Practice Within Professional Scope
Providers must operate strictly within the legal and ethical scope of their licensure, certification, and training, and make appropriate referrals when care exceeds their expertise.

Accountability and Removal Policy

Failure to uphold any of the above standards may result in removal from [Your Website Name]. Concerns or reports regarding a provider’s conduct will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If, after investigation, a provider is found to be in violation of these terms, their membership and listing may be suspended or permanently removed at the discretion of the site administrators.

By remaining listed on this site, providers affirm their commitment to these values and agree to be held accountable to this standard of integrity and professionalism.

Cost of membership is due at time of registration and is non-refundable.

Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.

It is the responsibility of the Registrant to provide all necessary details for inclusion on the the webpage and subsequent resources. Registrant's information will be listed on the webpage within 7-10 business days from receipt of the Registrant's information. Delayed submission of information does not change the expiration date of the membership.
